Bridal terms & conditions
Your wedding date is not secured until the required booking fee has been received.
The booking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.

The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind.
This fee secures your wedding date and prevents other bookings from being accepted for that date.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Changes to Your Booking
Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Reducing the number of services after the booking has been confirmed may still incur the original quoted minimum booking value, as your date has been reserved exclusively.
Additional services requested after booking are subject to availability.
5. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your booking, the booking fee will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs within eight (8) weeks of your wedding date, the full quoted booking balance may be payable, as the date has been reserved and it is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
6. Travel & Parking
Travel and parking are generally included in your package, unless specifically stated otherwise.
If the preparation or wedding venue is changed after booking, additional travel or parking costs may apply depending on the new location. Any additional costs will be discussed with the client prior to the change being confirmed.
Suitable parking must be available within a reasonable walking distance of the preparation location. If parking is unavailable or significantly delayed, any resulting delays may impact the schedule.
To ensure everyone is ready on time:
All members of the booking should arrive on time and be ready for their allocated service.
Hair should be clean and completely dry unless otherwise advised.
Faces should be clean and free from makeup.
Delays caused by clients or the bridal party may reduce styling time or affect the completion of remaining services.
7. Wedding Day Schedule
8. Venue Requirements
The preparation location should provide:
- A clean, safe and suitable workspace including table space.
- Adequate natural light where possible.
- Access to nearby power outlets.
If these requirements cannot be met, service times may be affected.
9. Touch-Up Services
Hair and makeup touch-ups are not included unless specifically quoted and booked prior to the wedding day.
Should you wish to have your artist remain for touch-ups, ceremony attendance or a second look, this can be arranged as an additional service, subject to availability.
11. Photography
Photographs and videos of completed hair and makeup may be taken for portfolio, website and social media purposes.
If you or any member of your bridal party would prefer not to be photographed, please advise prior to the wedding day and your wishes will be respected.
12. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Timeless Hair & Makeup is unable to attend due to serious illness, accident or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to arrange a suitably qualified replacement artist.
If a replacement cannot be secured, all monies paid, including the booking fee, will be refunded in full. This refund constitutes the maximum liability of Timeless Hair & Makeup.
Timeless Hair & Makeup is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents or other emergencies.
10. Client Responsibilities
It is the client's responsibility to advise of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or skin concerns before services commence.
While every effort is made to use high-quality professional products suitable for a range of skin types, Timeless Hair & Makeup cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where no prior notification has been provided.
13. Additional Artists
For larger bookings, Timeless Hair & Makeup may arrange for one or more additional professional hair and/or makeup artists to work alongside the primary artist to ensure all services can be completed within the required timeframe.
Any additional artist will be arranged and confirmed with the client prior to the wedding day. All artists engaged by Timeless Hair & Makeup are carefully selected and are expected to meet the professional standards of Timeless Hair & Makeup.
Once an additional artist has been arranged and confirmed, their fee forms part of the agreed booking. If services are subsequently cancelled or reduced after an additional artist has been engaged, the client remains responsible for any fees incurred for that artist
14. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between the client and Timeless Hair & Makeup.
